First of all, I want to point out that my friend and I were approached at least 3 times today while browsing through the Best Buy store at 7017 S Lindbergh in St Louis, by employees asking if we needed help, which was amazing in and of itself! And then we thought we would like to look at Fitbits, and at that time were approached by an associate named Noah, and we asked where the Fitbits were - and he not only walked us over to the aisle, but then asked if we had questions - which we did! A ton of them! We are not very technology savvy at all! He was so patient with us, and so very knowledgeable, and also kept his sense of humor and kept us laughing at the same time. We ended up buying two Fitbits and were so very happy with his customer service skills and personality - you have a true gem of an employee there working for you - I hope you can recognize him in some way. And not just him - we had many great interactions in your store today. Even the security guy at the front door greeted us. All in all we felt very welcome and will be back for sure!
