New TV Purchase Promo Support

Hi, I recently purchased a TV for my husband and was supposed to get a 30 day Sling TV Trial code on my receipt.  Though I did get the receipt it shows 2) Enter the promo code below:  But it doesn't show any code.  So any help you can provide me with this would be greatly apprecaited.  Here is some additional information.

Customer service pin: {removed per forum guidelines} and Val #:{removed per forum guidelines}

We’re grateful you stopped by to ask us about your missing promotion code for Sling TV.  I’m disappointed to know that the code didn’t populate on the receipt, but thank you for allowing me the opportunity to help out!

 

I did happen to locate the same receipt, and I too am not seeing a code.  Please confirm your full name, phone number, and email address.  Once I’ve confirmed where a replacement can be sent, I’d be happy to see what options may exist.
