Hello. I retruned/refunded an item back to bestbuy feb 5th, but was never given back the money/credit back. I have a duplicate copy of my reciept. I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me with sending that copy to the dispute number. I have the fax number, but I don't have any way of faxing it to the number.

Processing a return with us should be relatively, as customers can typically expect to see a refund within 3 to 5 business days of us processing the request. We’re a little beyond that normal time frame, so it’s understandable why you’d be wondering what happened. I’m not sure what fax number you’re talking about, but I’d be happy to offer my assistance.
