In store purchase/e-mailed receipt - no Kong code!

I bought Godzilla last week because of the Kong promotion. I am looking at the e-mail receipt I got and it references a "reward code below" - but there is no code at all showing! How do I get my code to get my movie ticket?? Smiley Sad

I’m sorry to hear that you have not received your Kong movie cash code! There has been a couple hiccups with the fulfillment of those codes. I’d be happy to review your purchase details and get you the answers you’re looking for!

 

In order to keep your personal details secure, please send me a private message with:

  1. Your purchase details. If it was an online order I would need the number beginning with BBY01- or 111.
  2. If it was an in store purchase, I need the customer service pin that would be located at the bottom. It should appear formatted as xxxx-xxx-xxxx-xxxxxx.
  3. The email address you’d like the code sent to
