FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!

Ok, so I purchase an HP Envy x360 laptop with an AMD processor and it was going great....for the first 2 hours. Soon after downloading everything I needed, it proceeded to crash 3 times in a span of about 5 hours of total use. That's if I can get passed the log-in screen which you'd have to reset about 5-8 times before getting lucky and getting into your profile. Long story short, they i returned it and proceeded to get an HP Envy x360 with the i5 Intel processor. Functions GREAT! except, the top right of my screen is DAMAGED and there is light bleeding into the top of the screen and off to the side where the dents are located.

 

I'm at wits end because I spend over $800 for a product I just want to be fully happy with and this happens. Just reading forums on Bet Buy's return policies and the associated horror stories is really disheartening. I'm going to try to exchange it tomorrow and if all goes well with that, I plan on opening it in front of a rep to make sure it's everything I hoped it to be.

 

Has this ever happened to anyone?? I'm so FRUSTRATED!!

Welcome to our Community. As i know too well from my own experience, having a product come out of the box defective or in a sub par condition can be upsetting if not downright disappointing. I was discouraged to read of the "double whammy" with your new computer purchase and I regret any inconvenience to you.

 

Using the information you provided at registration, I was able to review your purchase and exchanges. Did you ultimately get a working laptop in excellent condition?

Luckily, YES!!

 

This Best Buy at VIctorville, California treated me very well and was very accomodating and understanding of my situation! I have a working one now! Fingers crossed! lol
