FAKE INFORMATION

I BOUGHT A TV ON AVENTURA STORE 21035 BISCAYNE BLVD. MIAMI. THE GUY WHO HELPED ME TO BUY A TV, TOLD THAY I COULD USE THE TV WITH ALL THE FUNTIONS AND SERVICES IN ARGENTINA.

WHEN I CAME WITH THE TV TO MY COUNTRY I CANT CHANGE THE COUNTRY, I CANT USE NETFLIX, THAT IT WAS ONE OF THE  MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTION TO BUY THE TV, SO, REALLY,  IT WAS A FRAUD. 

THE SOLD UD 2, NOT JUST 1.

REALLY, IT IS NOT SERIUS AS IT HAS TO BE, TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS, LIKE THEY LIE TO US.

I HOPE YOU CAN SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.

You can return the TV but it would need to be done in the US.

I’m sorry to hear your recent purchase from our Miami, FL store isn’t functioning as you may have hoped, and I regret any disappointment this experience may have caused you.

 

Per our International Orders page, Best Buy assumes all products we sell are for use in the U.S., and we cannot guarantee their functionality outside of the U.S. I apologize if this information causes you any further disappointment, however as jxs2 has mentioned, you would still have the option of returning your TV, should you be able to return to one of our U.S. stores within our 15-day return/exchange period, per our Return & Exchange Promise.
