I wanted to share the excellent sales experience I had with two associates at your clearwater store yesterday. I purchased a new phone and a copy/scan/printer. Your staff was knowedgeable, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. Nelly even swapped all my personal data from my old phone to the new one. Surpassed my expectations! My spouse even commented how well it all went. Thanks for a great experience, which is not always the case with tech purchases! Timothy Rioux

It sounds like Nelly and crew are exemplifying the expert service we strive to offer at all of our stores. I’m a firm believer in the value of letting folks know what they are doing right so that they can keep on getting better. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your store. I’ll be sure to document this in our corporate systems, as well as send a personal thank you to the leadership of the Clearwater store letting them know how great their team did.
