I bought a t.v. at . bestbuy and when i got home i found out it was brioken on th einside when i turnesd it on. When i went to bestbuy to return it they sAid they do not need to accept my reutrn, eventhough i had reciept was in the time frame and haD ALL the packaging. And when i explained to the manager that they could make their own guidelines seperate from california , but thgey must post it in the store in two locations for customers to see they said they did not have to and that they could do what they want. It seemed to me and witness that the store manaGer was disgusted my tattoes on my arm. Since he kept looking at them with a face of disgust. I apologize for going into your store with my tattoes showing but i thought we were in 2018 not 1978. The Duarte store customer servicxe is the worsrt racisty service i recieved in my life . I didnt think that this still went on but i guess inDuarte it does. And the assistant to the president of their customers relations is not much better and agreed that best but couyld do whatever they wanted and need not follow state law. But to end this i like to thank the Downey store location for their assistance and excellent customer service , maybe they should send some of the workers from downey to train the employees in duarte on customer service. and again i apologiza for going to your store as a mexican with tattoes.
