Compliment on service at Nashua NH Best Buy store

On 8/11/17 my wife and I visited the small Best Buy store inside the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua NH.  My wife had purchased an Apple watch at the "big" Best Buy nearby and we had run into difficulty pairing the watch with her iPhone.  The three young men manning the counter said they were not sure how to do it, but they'd be glad to give it a shot.  Dylan, Caleb, and Luis got the watch paired.  We also bought a screen protector for the watch, which Luis ably installed.  I hope you will communicate this to the supervisor/manager of Caleb, Dylan, and Luis.  This kind of cheerful extra-mile service motivates me to shop more often at Best Buy.  -- {edited per forum guidelines}

Welcome back to the forums! It is awesome to hear that you had another great experience at one of our stores.


This is one of the reasons I love our Best Buy Mobile stand-alone stores. They are often a little less busy than our full-sized stores, and the employees are specialized in mobile phones and mobile phone accessories, so they are perfectly positioned to help folks out with situations like this. I’m super happy to hear that Dylan, Caleb, and Luis lived up to this and gave you a great experience.
