COMPLAINT

I purchased a laptop from your Madison, TN (Rivergate) store yesterday. Today, I see the exact same laptop on bestbuy.com for $150 cheaper than what I paid yesterday. I went to the store, because I know that you price match. The manager, Steven, was SUPER rude to me, talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid. I was told that the computer online has a different SKU #. However, ITS THE EXACT SAME COMPUTER I BOUGHT. The store REFUSED to do a price match so I went home to get my computer to return it so that I could buy it online for the cheaper price. When I returned to the store the manager said that the computer can’t be shipped to my home or to the store! WHY?! It’s on your website, it’s the same exact computer...I don’t get it. I over paid $150 just to be treated like dirt in your store. I USED to be a loyal Best Buy customer but no more. I am planning on buying a new TV in the next two weeks and had planned on buying from your store but you have officially lost ALL of my business. I have already posted a review on this store and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family about my experience and discourage them from shopping in your establishments....all of this because of poor customer service and not price matching for the exact same thing I purchased the day before.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out! The Price Match Guarantee is one of my favorite reasons to shop at Best Buy. It’s nice knowing you’ll always get the best price. It sounds like there may be some disappointment caused by this experience and I’d be very happy to look into this.
