I know how disappointing it can be when a big purchase like an appliance turns out to not work the way that you had hoped. Wek now this happens sometimes and we try to make getting a replacement as easy as possible. I’m super happy to hear that Jazmin was able to help you out in getting your replacements and turned what could have been a terrible experience into a good one.
