BestBuy in Salinas CA

I would like to say that the customer service at the BestBuy in Salinas CA is amazing, outstanding, and excellent! Every time I walk in I am greeted by someone very positive and as I walk around looking for whatever, there are many staff members readily available and I am often asked if I need help. Some may say, 'Oh you must be good looking that's why you're getting the attention.' No, I am not. I truly believe BestBuy has got their act together! Ok, so now for the shout outs... I went in a couple times to buy a washer dryer set. First time Lorena helped me, SUPER friendly. She was amazing from 'Hello' to 'Good bye'. Delivery would be in 2 days! I bought from her including warranty. A week later I went back to replace the washer and dryer because they weren't doing so great, the supervisor in appliance helped me. I hope her name was Jazmin, because I forgot. But she's the supervisor in appliances. She was even better than Lorena! I didn't even have my receipt on me and she pulled it up and printed it out... Amazing! At first I hated BestBuy and boycotted because of their horrible return policy but they definitely make it up in customer service! Now I shop at BestBuy all the time. They even price matched my order from Costco! Who does that? Every one else (Target, Walmart) is a no go on price matching against Costco. So anyway, Salinas BestBuy is just amazing! Thank you!

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I absolutely love reading stories like this about great service customers receive in our stores.


I know how disappointing it can be when a big purchase like an appliance turns out to not work the way that you had hoped.  Wek now this happens sometimes and we try to make getting a replacement as easy as possible. I’m super happy to hear that Jazmin was able to help you out in getting your replacements and turned what could have been a terrible experience into a good one.  Feedback about what we’re doing right is super valuable to us and I really appreciate you taking the time to share this story.
