I recently purcahsed 14 iPad Air 2s for my business and am attempting to enrol them in the apple deploment program so I can mangae them remotly.
During the setup process Apple is asking for the resellers DEP Reseller ID number.
I talked to the store i purchased them from, they had no clue what i was talking about. I talked to Apple and they said i needed to contact Best Buy. I contaced Best Buy and was tranfered around to a dozen different departments. I called Best Buy Business and they said Best Buy doesnt have a DEP Reseller ID. Nobody seems to have a clue what the DEP number is or if it exists.
Please help me with this matter as i have a dedline to meet for setting up these iPads.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for reaching out to us on this. I’m disappointed to hear that you’ve not been able to find an answer or resolution to this thus far, and sincerely apologize that we’ve not been able to assist you with this sooner. That said I’ll be happy to address this for you and advise you on your best option moving forward.
As @nckhammond correctly stated, Apple DEP registered devices can only be obtained through a Best Buy for Business account. As a result we’re regrettably unable to provide you with a DEP Reseller ID to register the iPad’s you purchased from one of our stores. Your best course of action in this situation is to return the devices you purchased at the store, and get registered with one of our Business Account Managers either by phone or email, who should be able to get you setup with the devices and DEP services needed by your business.
