i am writing today becasue i have been transfered and bounced around between 100 different departments and still have no answers. promises that arent kept and have just been lied to by the entire company.
I had a geek squad protection plan for a 42 inch tv. the tv went bad and had to be replaced as per geek squad. i asked if i could upgrade with a credit and they said yes. after spending 2 hours on the phone i was able to purchase the upgrade however the stress of the 2 hour phone call left a bad taste in my mouth so i cancelled the purchase and went with the free replacement and they were supposed to refund me the money and its going to be 2 weeks tomorrow with no answers. i need the number to speak to someone in corporate because ive been lied to with reference numbers and order numbers. i want answers and my money. can someone please contact me ASAP.
