replacement

Hi

Im in Argentina. I bougth a pair of earbuds Jabra on 18th july in Orlando. On july 30th one of the earbuds did not work anymore

I lost the receipt to make a replacement

How can I get it?

I paid with credit card in the store

Welcome to the Best Buy forum! Thank you for thinking of us when you found you needed your receipt in order to make a claim with Jabra because your earbuds are experiencing issues. I’ll be more than happy to do what I can to assist.

 

In order to look for your receipt I will need some additional details:

 

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Product Model Number
  • Product Serial Number
  • From which Orlando, FL store did you make your purchase?
  • What kind of credit card was used (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc…)?
  • What was the total cost of the transaction?
  • Were there other products on the transaction?
