XPO has not responded or sent the check for my claim - waiting 4 months!!

Best Buy team damaged porch tile and XPO claim was opened in March 2018. This is 4 months later and the porch steps are dangerous and could cause injury.

Release signed and sent to them on June 4 and they said the check was issued but I have received no check and Sedgwick and XPO have gone silent not responding to emails about the claim and payment.

 

Best Buy needs to help resolve this. We cannot repair the damage until the check is received. Again, poor service from these firms!

Welcome back to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m disappointed to hear that you are still waiting on a check for your damaged porch. I’ll be happy to see if we can help get that resolved for you so you can get to work on fixing it.

 

Was your original claim through Sedgwick Claims Management, Inc.? They arte the company who generally handles issues like this for us, and would be best positioned to work with XPO to get the check out to you. Please reach out to them at (855) 832-1338 and they’ll do their best to get this processed.
