Wrong item exchanged

I exchanged a garmin fit bit HR with my 2 year service plan and the rep.. accidentally exchanged the Fitbit HR plus which was more money. I owned one and my husband owned the other. She gave me a store credit, but I told her she was exchanging the wrong one, she said the system wouldn't allow her to do that. Now, the HR plus band is breaking and I need to use the protection plan but I was told the watch was already returned. I have the box and the watch that matches. Problem is the system says it was returned already. I have only ever bought fitness watches from best buy bc of 2 year plan and now bc of clerical error I can't use it. Please help!

I’d like to take a look into this for you to see if we can find a solution. To do that, I’ll need a few details about the protection plans and transactions.

 

If you could please send me a private message, by using the link in my signature below this post, I’d appreciate it. Please include the phone number and email associated with your Geek Squad Protection plans. If you have the receipt from your previous exchange, the customer service PIN from the bottom of the receipt may help me investigate this. If not, please let me know the rough date of that exchange.

 

If you have the protection plan number from your currently active plan, that would help as well.
