I have been waiting for two weeks to get my dishwasher repaired and am frustrated! Who do I complain to?
My dishwasher went out 12/21/2016 and when I called the next day the Geek Squad rep said they couldn't get anyone to my house until 12/29/2016. The on 12/25/2016 the wwater from the dishwasher caused water damage to my home - the ceiling in my basement below fell down from water! I called the next day and they put me in touch with someone from insurance but DID NOT TRY to get someone to my house sooner to fix the dishwasher. (The dishwasher was unplugged the whole time, but the water wasn't and we turned this off when we saw that water was dripping underneath to the ceiling below.) No sense of urgency at all from Geek Squad!
on 12/29/2106 the Geek Squad guy came and said he couldn't fix the dishwasher because the rep didn't send the right parts. He stood in my kitchen for 20 minutes trying to call parts and then said he couldn't get through but would keep trying and get back to me the same day. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. ( His name was Andre.)
i called the next morning 12/30/2016 and the Geek Squad lady who took my call told me that someone would come to my house to fix the dishwasher on 1/3/2016 from 4-8pm to fix it. After 7pm, I called Geek Squad to get reassurance they were still coming. The man I spoke to was Lawrence. He said that he didn't have anything scheduled until Thursday, 1/5/2017 between 8-12noon and then said he would transfer me to someone in repair so I could find out what happened. The lady he transferred me to said she was the wrong person then transferred me again to Geek Squad which then disconnected me.
I Called the Geek Squad back, got someone named Rebekah who said she would look into it. She put me on hold and then came back and said that she was sorry that she couldn't get me an earlier appointment until Thursday, 1/5/2016.
I am very, very upset about this service! My house is damaged and Geek Squad doesn't have any sense of urgency or care about resolving my problem. THe guy Lawrence made the situation worse by transferring me because he didn't want to address the problem and just transferred me to someone else.
who do I complain to about this?
