Warranty Question

Hello! I recently purchased the logitech G633 Artemis headset from you guys and I went ahead and bought the 2 year protection plan as well. The headset has been working great on my pc so far but today I decided to hook it up to my xbox one (via the 3.5mm cord) and it appears that there is an issue with the 3.5mm cable. I only recieve audio in one ear (the left) and obviously this is an issue. (I tested it with a different 3.5mm cable and it worked fine) I was wondering if I came in with my warranty and the defective cable, would they be able to replace just the cable? The rest of the headset is functioning just as expected and I have some settings on the headset that I would not like to lose. Thanks for any help!

Most likely they will just swap the headset with a gift card and you could pick another one out.
