WORST GEEK SQUAD SERVICE

WHAT IS IT THAT THE GEEK SQUAD DO? BECAUSE IN THE ATLANTIC TERMINAL BEST BUY THEY APPARENTLY DON'T OPEN YOUR COMPUTER AT ALL. AFTER WAITING 3 1/2 HOURS THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY LAPTOP. I EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS THE CHARGER CONNECTION. I WAS JUST TOLD TO BUY ANOTHER COMPUTER BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARRY PARTS. WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT ALL THAT TIME FOR NOTHING. NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT MY COMPUTER. AND THERE WAS OTHER PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE WORKERS COMPLETLY USELESS. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN.

It is disappointing to hear that you did not receive the guidance you were seeking on your laptop repair after waiting in line for 3 ½ hours. I too would have walked away feeling upset, and I apologize that the experience did not meet your needs. Your technology is an important piece of equipment, and I want to make sure that your concern is taken care of.

 

Your time is valuable and that is why Geek Squad has designed the availability to schedule a visit in the store, letting you reserve some time for you to speak with an Agent and drop off your product for repair. Feel free to use the link I have given you above to schedule an appointment with Geek Squad. Don’t worry! You don’t have to go back to the same store, or if you would like to give them a second chance, I welcome you to reach out to our leadership if you find the resolution given unsatisfactory. 

 

If the laptop if under a manufacturer warranty or has a Geek Squad Protection Plan, please be ready with the purchase receipt. Don’t have it? No problem; let me know, and I can send you a PM with the details needed to search for a copy.
