I have been having to send my laptop in twice for the same problem, and it has taken an entire month. The customer service people had no idea what to do to help, and repeatedly gave me the 1-800 number that I was currently calling. This has delayed my school work and job with no hopes or it looks of my laptop being entirely fixed. There seems to be constant problems and they refuse to listen to me, trying to say my laptop will be here soon. I did not call them about that, but to complain about the service I've received.
I have never had such a stressful experience as this with customer service. My laptop repeatedly not working, but they attempt to fix what cannot be fixed is very frustrating. Even though it is a policy to be able to give me the full amount of my laptop to purchase a new one. It would have been easier on me, as I would have not wanted to purchase another geeksquad warranty unless it was given for free with the new laptop.
