It’s great to hear you were able to find time to shop with Best Buy when you visited on February 2, but we are disappointed to hear you returned home to find the speaker intermittently plays audio. The Best Buy forums are a great place to have your questions addressed by recognized community members, and in time, a moderator who works for the corporate headquarters.
Our friend @geishafish supplied some phone numbers to reach the manufacturer for your claim, and I would be more than willing to search for a receipt, should you need one re-printed for proof of purchase. Unfortunately, any item outside of our Return and Exchange Promise (15 days) would need to have a Geek Squad Protection Plan purchased as well for repair or replacement through us.
I would recommend calling UE to see what steps you should take next for your speaker, and if we can help out with anything along the way, please just let us know!
