I have been trying to contact best buy customer service after a no show. Service was scheduled on December 18 but not one from best buy called or gave any reason for the no show. I have received a survey email enquiring about the quality of service FOR A NO SHOW. NOT SURE IF BEST BUY IS NOW SENDING SURVEY EMAILS FOR A NO SHOW TOO. SO YOU WANT ME TO PROVIDE HOW THE SERVICE WAS DURING A NO SHOW. JUST FRUSTRATING. Despite complaining to a representative at local best buy showroom, no one ever bothered to call me. There is no email address too to complain. This is ridiculous that DESPITE NO SHOW, NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK NOR I CAN EVEN CALL SOMEONE TO COMPLAIN.

WILL SOMEONE FROM BEST BUY EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING. NO RESPONSE FOR THE LAST THREE WEEKS FOR A NO SHOW. NO RESPONSE ON THIS FORUM. NO RESPONSE WHEN I TALK OVER PHONE. NO RESPONSE WHEN I VISIT STORE. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU GUYS EVEN RESPOND?????????????????

AS I SEE BEST BUY PROBABLY HAS THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR ANY CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GEEK SQUAD. I THINK IT IS POSSIBLE THAT BEST BUY DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HENCE THAT IS WHY NO ONE IS CONTACTING. PROBABLY BEST BUY HAS ONLY A “ DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMER” DEPARTMENT. I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE CALLS FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH. I HAD A SERVICE APPOINTMENT ON DECEMBER 18 AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. AFTER THE NO SHOW THERE WAS NO CALL NOR DESPITE MY MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CALL, I HAVE GOT ZERO RESPONSE. I WASTED MY DAY OFF WAITING FOR YOUR GUYS AND SPENT ATLEAST 10 HOURS ON PHONE BUT NO ONE HAS EVER BOTHERED TO DO ANYTHING.
IN THE PROCESS, I HAVE FOUND THAT GEEK SQUAD DOES NOT ONLY HAVE A POOR SERVICE BUT BASICALLY ARE THE BIGGEST LIARS AND CHEATERS.
I HAVE POSTED ON BEST BUY FORUMS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE AND I AM AT REALLY AT LOSS AS TO WHOM TO APPROACH AS THERE IS NO EMAIL ID AND THERE ARE NO RESPONSES TO MY PHONE CALLS.
YOU GUYS MAY NOT CARE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND MY BUSINESS MAY BE PEANUTS FOR YOU BUT I HAVE MADE MY LAST PURCHASE WITH BEST BUY AND I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE AT BEST BUY.
