Still the worst. Absolutely maddening!!

First, i'd like to say that the people are very nice and knowledgeable HOWEVER I'm going to quit but need to find the time. Another simple fix that took 45 minutes because of the antiquated process they have for providing help. Almost 20 minutes before I actually spoke to the tech who handled my problem, inexcusable! Do yourself a favor, DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT, it'll make you want to tear your hair out!!!!!!

Welcome back to the Best Buy Support forums. I know how frustrating it can be to wait for service when you need the use of your computer.

At Geek Squad Online Support, we do all we can to keep our wait times as low as possible. Sometimes we do get pretty busy, and there can be a bit of a wait between when you speak with our dispatcher and when the repair Agent takes over to resolve your issue. Our dispatcher should be giving you a time estimate to let you know how long it will be before someone will be able to help you out.

In my experience the longest wait times are on Mondays and weekends. If you are looking for times with the lowest wait, I’ve found that early mornings usually gets you to a repair Agent very quickly.  Later in the evening is usually a bit quicker than middays or early evening as well. In any case, we feel that our remote support options get your computer repaired more quickly than you could if you brought your computer in to a store for work.

I hope you’ll give Geek Squad another shot. If you follow my advice I hope you’ll be able to get your computer fixed with minimal wait times. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
