Still no resolution

Smasung tv has been repaired 5 times for the same issue and still no determination if i will get a refund/replacement, Geek squad has no problem taking your money, but when soimething fails over and over again. Good luck

We apologize about the delayed response, and I’m grateful you took the time to write with us on the Best Buy forums.  After having so many repairs, I too would be looking for some help!

after complaining and moaning, best buy finally replaced the tv and i actually payed more for a better one. SAMSUNG IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND EVERYONE SHOULD REFRAIN FROM BUYING THEIR JUNK TV's. samsung DOES NOT replace tv's they only repair, best buy ate the replacement so i guess im satisfyied for now.
