Best Buy isn't going to buy the pieces for you so you can repair a phone that you dropped and therefore damaged. It's unfortunate that you are having issues finding a replacement screen, but I don't understand why you think it's up to Best Buy's customer service to try and fix it for you?

I am sorry to learn that the avenues that I provided have not been successful in locating a satisfactory solution. Sometimes it does take one fall for your cell phone to be unrepairable, and that I know from personal experience. Best Buy cannot provide the resolution you are requesting, as Best Buy complies with the manufacturer warranty along with the terms and conditions after the Return and Exchange promise. However, keep in mind that our Return and Exchange policy does not cover accidental or intentional physical damage.
