I cannot believe that BB would do business with a company like Warrentech 2 months of hassles with no repair in site and 2k Refrig/Freezer combo only half working.  I would not buy any service plan from Best Buy again Warrentech is criminal.  I have been without a freezer for over 2 months and I have been given the run around by the service provider, the waranty company and Best Buy.  I would love to have someone from Best Buy contact me so I can discuss.  Thank  you.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with Warrantech and the repairs on the freezer part of your fridge/freezer unit.  Certainly being without the services of the freezer for over 2 months would be aggravating and not easy to have patience with.

 

That being said, Warrantech is a third party service company employed by Pacific Sales and as such, I don’t have any access to your service plan details or service work information.  My recommendation would be to contact Pacific Sales Customer Care team at 1-888-825-2678 for further assistance.

 

Hopefully they can get to the bottom of this and get the issue with your freezer resolved as quickly as possible.

Exactly the kind of runaround I have been getting with this issue. JUST LOOK AT THIS RESPONSE! IT IS AS IFBB IS SAYING

I WISH BB WOULD OFFER A TRUE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM INSTEAD OF WRITING ME ONLINE SERVICE RESPONSES ABOUT HOW THEY ARE SORRY ABOUT MY SITUATION BLAH BLAH BLAH!  BB YOU WISHING AWAY MY PROBLEMS ARE NO HELP!

I'm gong on a month without and .  I can't believe the response you got on here!  This is not going to be where I buy any appliances in the future unless they change companies.  Pacific Sales does not care, nor does the warranty company.  My experience has been horrible.  Be forewarned, if you need a new one, they will provide it, but they will not install it or remove the old one!  I'm still trying to figure out how to deal with it's delivery.  It's a horrible plan.

Anyone looking for new appliance should read this link first. I am presently fighting best buy over a warranty issue for the let 2 months without any help or solution from bb. Best Buy is a joke when it comes to warranties and it is too bad because the sales staff in the store have always been super helpful and courteous but this warranty issue HS been a nightmare. I have. $2k samsung paperweight in my kitchen thanks to bb and their lousy warranty sold by warrentech.
