i had a samsung galaxy s8+ under warranty and i had microphone problem i took it to a best buy

I am sorry to hear that your phone was not working correctly after it was repaired at our Best Buy Round Rock store location. I know how often I use my phone so I can completely understand how difficult life would be if my phone wasn't working correctly. I'm happy to get your feedback to the right place.
