Hello,

 

i had a samsung galaxy s8+ under warranty and i had microphone problem i took it to a best buy 

address: 3201 S Interstate 35 Ste 600, Round Rock, TX 78664 Service Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}. So when  went back to pick my phone the mic was fixed but they messed up the signal booster or sim reader that the sim stopped working. my wife had a flght next morning 5:45am and this was her phone.
 
I called the manager the timings were around 8:25pm to 8:40pm a lady manager with short hairs super unprofessional unrespectful harsh aggresive bad body language and bad attitude . i told her everything and told her you messed up my phone so the guy that repaired the phone did not came out and said the manager to handle it. and the manager said yeah i know this has been done and now we can not do anything about it . thats it this is word to word conversation i had with her i am a elite member and spent more then 10k in 1 year from best buy i swear if no action is takin against her i will stop using best buy for ever

I am sorry to hear that your phone was not working correctly after it was repaired at our Best Buy Round Rock store location. I know how often I use my phone so I can completely understand how difficult life would be if my phone wasn't working correctly. I'm happy to get your feedback to the right place.
