We bought the Samsung refrigerator and paid 200 for a warranty.
On January 5, 2017 we placed an order for service
no one would escalate the repair and we have to refrigeration
On January 31st repair showed up said they were going to order a fan
On February 13th 2017, we have not been called back. When I called the number of the repair person that was at our house he said "do you know what time it is?" he hung up on me. said not to call his number.
We have had no refrigerator since January and no one cares. Best Buy, the name Pacific is garbage and Warrantech or Premier or whatever you call them is worse than that. At the end of the day, I blame you Best Buy for the worst buy and the worst service.

Not having a working refrigerator for this long is just not acceptable, and no one representing Best Buy should be anything but completely professional when interacting with one of our customers. I am honestly sorry this has been your experience with us.
