I know I bought this laptop long back, but initially I expected to be initial reboot issues. But this laptop never showed any improvement. I tried contacting your call-center number but never got reply.
Now it is the 6th month but the performance is like 4 years old laptop. I am a technical person who works in Intel. I know how these processors work. But this performance is really unexpected from a laptop/processor bought just few months back.
Your service men can have a look at it and I am sure they would say the same. I would like a replacement or cash back for this product.
I understand there might be some technical issues associated with laptops but this is laptop is not usable at all. I have lost many important documents while working on them because of this laptop automatically shutting down.

Did you purchase a GSP? If so they can either repair it or replace it at their discretion. If not they won't be able to replace it, but you could pay out of pocket then for repairs. Since it's past the return period they won't return it.

I know from my own experience how frustrating it can be when a new computer doesn't perform the way I hoped it would. I was quite discouraged to read of your experience and I apologize for your having been disappointed by this machine.
Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). Outside those time frames Best Buy cannot offer a return or exchange.
I recommend contacting your local Geek Squad or HP Customer Support for assistance and repair options under the factory warranty.
