How did it break and did you add the protection plan on top of the camera at the time of purchase? If so was it accidental or standard insurance?

Im not entirely sure who does our repairs for cameras anymore, but you could bring in your camera with a scheduled appointment with the Geek Squad to see your options for sending it out. You may also choose to look around an other camera shops in your local area to see if they cannot be of assistance either, but ultimately I really do hope that you choose to go through the Geek Squad. My apologies for the broken camera, and best of luck at getting it repaired!

Should you choose to use us there will be a non-refundable $35 charge to have it sent out to the precision center. From there you will be given a quote by that center on how much it will be to fix the camera. You can choose to have them complete it and be charged, or choose to deny it and have it sent back. The $35 charge can go towards your repair costs should you want to go forward with the repair, but if you choose to not have them fix it, the $35 charge will not be refunded. Hope this helps you out, and best of luck!

I would call in and schedule an appointment with the GeekSquad to schedule a drop off for a unit. They do work by appointment and I would hate for you to come in when they are too busy to squeeze you in. Please be patient if you have to wait a little while to get in, some precints are very backed right now in the busy holiday rush.
