Mac book pro not working for the past 5 months

I bought my Mac Book Pro brand new from Eden Prairie on the 13th of June 2016 through a friend. I am based in Zimbabwe but I buy literally every gadget of mine when i travel to the US at Best Buy. This time it seems I lost it. My MacBook pro has been giving me all sorts of problems and have sent it to the local certified Apple Repairer to no avail. I boughtnit specifically to do my MBA dissertation but i submitted it yesterday. My laptop has been with the repairer from Fecember last year after encountering about 4 problems. Whats even more annoying is new problems keep cropping up.
What should I do?

Oh no!  I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your computer.  This is an incredibly unfortunate situation and I apologize for the inconvenience.


You're going to have to partner with the manufacturer on getting this item repaired.  They should be able to provide additional insight into how to resolve the issues.


Keep me updated on how it goes with the manufacturer and thank you for posting on the forums.
