Hello. I recently purchased a keyboard and mouse, and also purchased Protection Plans for both of them. Unfortunately, in the chaos of building a new PC, I lost the reciepts and the pamphlets. I can see them in my order history, but I have no idea how to go about activitating them. Seeing as my keyboard already stopped working, I would like to be able to use the plan I bought for this very reason.

Building a new PC from scratch can get pretty crazy, and can mean lots of trips to Best Buy. It’s discouraging to hear that your keyboard has stopped working, but I’m happy that you purchased a Geek Squad Protection Plan as you never know when this type of stuff will happen.

So that means if you got your items delivered to your home they’d be covered the day our shipping partners states it was delivered.
