Hello! I'm having some problems with my Sharp Roku HDTV after the recent Roku 7.7 update. Whenever I turn the TV on, say, first thing in the morning, it takes an unusually long amount of time to boot up, sometimes even cycling through this Sharp/Roku screen/quick flash/black screen never ending loop. I end up having to unplug and plug back in my tv for it to work. It's worked perfectly until this update. I would love if someone can help me revert back to the previous version (7.6).

Thanks for joining our Support Forums! It sounds like what you’re going through with the latest update to your TV would create quite a hassle, especially if the only way to resolve it seems to be unplugging the TV completely. Given the circumstances, I know I’d want some help too, and I hope we’ll be able to help you resolve this soon.
While we won’t be able to do any troubleshooting for your TV over the forums, our Geek Squad agents will be more than happy to work with you, and see what can be done to fix these issues you’ve been having. The fastest way to get in touch with them would be by giving them a call at 1-800-433-5778. Alternatively, you could visit your local Best Buy store’s Geek Squad desk for further assistance.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for info!
I noticed there was a new build update on 9/8. Also, I'm not sure if the recent update has anything to do with this, but when I changed the input that connects when you turn the TV on (in my case, an Amazon Firestick), it magically fixed the annoying problem I was having and booted up in no time. I'm going to switch it back to the cable box to see if what I did was truly because of the recent update.
