hoping you can help. I bought an iPad mini 4 in late October. After I brought it back to Ireland, I noticed problems with touchscreen which have gotten progressively worse. Skipping letters or inserting multiple letters. Also, if I want to click and drag, it keeps dropping
i will be back in the US in April. How should I proceed re: returns?
it has taken over 5 minutes with epic frustration just to type this message due to the touchscreen problems
