Having a protection plan on your phone is important as it’s always on the go with us. Geek Squad Protection Plans do go through a series of updates periodically, and I apologize a deductible may not have been mentioned to you when you purchased the new plans in 2015.
Please know according to the terms you agreed at that time of purchasing it does state a replacement fee may apply. I apologize that the way Geek Squad services phones may have changed in last few years, and they’ve decided to pursue a different option within terms agreed upon to help. You’re more than welcome to review terms you agreed to here.
