i bought a new mobile MOTO G4 from best buy on July 27th exceeds 14 days now. Now am facing a problem that Sim disappears(Unable to detect SIM). am i eligible to return/exchange my mobile or is there any way to solve this issue?..

We truly do our best to stand behind the products we sell. Have you had the opportunity to bring it to your local store to see if it can be diagnosed by our local Geek Squad? In most cases new cell phones come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. If the issue is more severe and requires a repair, LG can be contacted to initiate a claim utilizing that warranty.
