I recently had issues with best buy geek squad not honoring a warranty on my computer. I need to file a complaint with best buy corporate, but I don't see any email address to do so. How do I email corporate about the problem?

Although I don't work for Best Buy I am knowledgable on their policies. These forums are handled by Best Buy Corporate so when a Best Buy Social Media rep sees your post, they will be happy to help you address any issues you may have with the Geek Squad and other issues you may have a discrepency on.
This week, there is limited hours for the staff to view these boards but they are working as hard as they can during these limited hours to address customer concerns.
While I understand you are not happy, your patience is appreciated in the matter while they get to your post.

Please include a description of the issue, along with your name, email address, phone number, and the Geek Squad protection Plan number if you have it.
