I bought an unlocked Iphone 6 plus certified pre owned for $425 bucks end of January this year , I had to go out of country on an emergency for couple of months and after that I came back and did setup my iphone and then realized the speaker is not working properly meaning you can only 10 min in a 20 min video rest 10 min will go mute for no reason , Same with facetime and phone calls too. I had been to best buy in the month of May complaining them about the same , They asked me to visit the apple store and they should be able to fix it.I had been to the apple store same day and the apple guys confirmed that I was sold a phone with issues.Then I came back to best buy and they were like we can't help with it.
In reality I was sold a phone that is not functional for $425 bucks and when questioned about it to best buy they say that since the 14 day return policy exceeded they can't do anything about it and gives a $50 refund , And the $375 goes in vain.I was ok with getting a best buy store credit if they are not able to fix it but then the customer service guys were least bothered.
$425 bucks is not an amount I would like to play with , I will never come back to best buy for any future purchases and wouldn't recommend my friends too.

As noted on the product page of our Certified Pre-Owned phones, they come with a 90 day warranty through CCR Warranty. If you purchased the phone in January it sounds like you would be outside of this warranty period. I’d suggest giving them a call at 1-866-579-8436 to discuss what repair options you may have ant this point. They will be best positioned to try to help you out in this situation. Be sure to have your order information handy as they may need that to help you out.
