HP laptop

Would u return or repair my HP laptop that I purchased in Sept 2016? When I enlarge the video screen, the screen all turns gray w/ small lines throughout.

Welcome to the forums Lou,

 

Unfortunately, you will need to contact HP to schedule a repair for your unit as you are outside the return and exchange period. 

 

You can use the following link to get started on your HP repair claim: http://support.hp.com/us-en/products/laptops

 

Note: You may be able to take it to an authorized HP repair facility to get your unit repaired if one is close by. You can discuss this with the phone technician when you use the following link to contact them

 

@SoMeAm-HP who is an authorized HP Social Media representitive may be able to assist you and give you further information if you encounter any difficulty with the repair process.
