HP Omen behaving weird in just three months

Hi,

 

This post is regarding my purchase of HP Omen laptop which I bought on Black Friday Sale. Its been only three months and the laptop has faced two seriuos issues. First one was related to Power Adapter which was repaired by HP and the problem went away. Second problem is related with HDD. Its not at all visible. I came across this problem yesterday. I don't what to do, I don't trust this product anymore. If the product has faced two problems in just three months, I don't think the product will last longer. 

 

I had a talk with HP and they suggested to send the product to Service center. But since I bought this product from Best Buy, I was thinking if you guys can help me out in some way.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your HP Omen. Buying a new computer is definitely exciting, but to have it have some hiccups along the way can definitely be cause for concern. 

 

Since your Omen is within its 1-year warranty, I would suggest visiting one of our Geek Squad agents and have them inspect and diagnose it thoroughly. If any issues arise, they should be able to ship it out for thorough repair using the warranty at one of our Geek Squad repair facilities. 

 

If you'd like, I can help you locate your closest Geek Squad department and even reserve an appointment that works around your schedule.
