Geek Squad (a nightmare)

I called geek Squad in order to fix my tv, when the technician arrive to my home he said that he doesn't have the tools because he has a rental car and he left the tools in his car He told me to reschedule the appointment and the next day when the other technician is supposed to come, the same technician without tools called me and he said that the other technician it was sick and he was taking the order but he didn't because he doesn't have the tools yet. I asked for a supervisor and they handouts my calls this is the worse customer service I ever had very disappointed.
