GSP worthless

Dropped off my laptop with Geek Squad on Dec 12th.  Today January 6th I nor Geek Squad know where my laptop is?? They have lost my machine somewhere between Virginia and Kentucky.   I would never again purchase GSP and I have been a customer of Best Buy for over 3 decades.   I recommend not purchasing the GSP...waste of money as Geek Squad does not do the repairs promised they make at the time the GSP is purchased.  After 20+ phonecalls to Geek Squad and hours on the phone with them in Kentucky I have yet to find a Geek Squad person who cares about my case nor have I found anyone who is technically able to assist me.    Geek Squad please...Can someonen please find my laptop?

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! I’m sorry to hear that UPS may have misplaced your laptop while sending it back from Geek Squad City. I under that surely can be frustrating.
