I had just came back from Army Training, I had met many great employees like John who installs stereos, Alex and Albert who fixes computers and other people. However, I had seen a person who I didn't see for a very long time. His name is, "Will." He had helped with a computer I had asked to install around the year 2012. Things went well, for a while, then, I start to notice attitude and anger towards me. It got so bad, that I stopped coming to Bestbuy. In 2016, I had joined the US Army. I was active for a very long time. When I was released into the Army Reserves, I decided to upgrade my phone. The mobile phone people are great by the way. They help me big time. So, I decided to get a stereo inside the car I am driving. There I met John. He did a great job informing me about what is needed before he could do the job for me. He did the job and it was perfect.
By then, Bestbuy had finally earned my trust. That was when I decided to get tech support for my computers. All was going well; until, 14 Jan 17, that was when I had seen the employee named "Will," again. I thought he would be glad to see me again and treat me well. He did the opposite. He treated me with extreme disrespect, and I was not going to sit back and take it. I told him, "you are not informing me on the things I needed to know, you are not having a great attitude, and I had to be some where." So about at 1800 hours, I decided to leave, because I needed to be some where important. The employee wasted my time, and I wasn't able to pick-up my item when I was told to come and pick it up. The employee doesn't communicate very well. He didn't tell me who was in front of me in line. Everyone was in different areas and there wasn't anyway to tell who were there before me. That was when I would ask, "who are all in line and how long would it take?" But, I didn't get to ask it that day, and it caused hardship between the employee and myself.
The employee finally decided, "I am acting unruly," and called the Assistant Manager. He told his side of the story and then, I had to tell the manager what had happened. The manager seemed to not care, so, I decided to call, Customer Service. When I contacted them, they took care of it. However, I forgot to say, the Agent name is, "Will," Not Derrick. So, please know, the disrespectful tech agent name is "Will," from the Vallejo Bestbuy, on 1182 Admiral Callaghan Ln, Vallejo, CA 94591... Thank you for reading this tread...
