Customer service

So my tv went out keeps turning on and off called to schedule tech was told someone would be here today 7/5/18 between 8-12 No one showed then got a call from 3rd party they will be out tomorrow between 11-1 called my local best buy in wyomissing pa at least 5 times no one seems to know what is going on talked to store manager she said they can reschedule for tomorrow between 8-12 but will offer no other compensation for my list 2 days of work besides my having to call them over and over to see what is going on and to top it off they had me scheduled for a refrigerator repair when the tech I talked to asked for the serial number on my tv like really total incompetence on their part and total lack of respect for customers the store manager said your getting service for free no not really that's what I paid a warranty for guess I shopped at best buy for the last time if this is how they treat people maybe they should start paying attention to the reviews they get haven't found a good one yet

They may not be able to schedule anyone to come see you on the forums but if you call 1-800 GeekSquad they should be able to help you out.

I called geek squad they are the ones who scheduled the 1st appointment and never showed up then when I called the store I got the total run around and was just lied too and it goes all the way to corporate they just don't care about customers

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  I’m sorry to hear the team scheduled to come to your home didn’t arrive as expected, and your service was rescheduled as a result.  This certainly isn’t the level of service we expect our customers to receive when trusting us with the repair of a major purchase, and I apologize for any disappointment this experience may have caused.

 

Using the information you provided upon joining our forums, I believe I’ve located the service order in question, and it appears your TV repair was rescheduled and has been completed since your initial post.  If this isn’t the case, or if there’s anything else you need from me, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

No it is not complete I still don't have a tv and have not heard when it will be fixed they had to take the tv with them on Friday because they were given the wrong part numbers but your company so I guess now they are waiting for parts it's not the 3rd party fault the guy that came here knew right away he had the wrong parts he said wow this is a high end tv they gave us the wrong parts like I said someone at best buy totally dropped the ball on this and no compassion or anything towards the customer
