Customer service

I went to return my tv at Manchester ct like the guy from geek squad told me he couldn't fix it and the manager was rude and yelled at my 8 year old granddaughter because he was arguing with me that to take my tv back and bring it another day I told him I wouldn't because I was not going to lug that tv back and forth that his own people told me to bring it in almost got in too a altercation with my son because he told not to yell at his daughter the manager even told let's go outside once I told nmy son to go outside I ask for his name he wouldn't tell he didnot have a name tag that if I called customers line they will know once I called he started to exchange my tv they didn't have the same one he exchanged it to a cheapear model didn't let me pick my own tv I have complained to customer service but I haven't received a call back

Welcome to the forum. I'm saddened to read about your experience taking your TV in for repair. It sounds like the interaction you had with the manager of the store was less than poor and I sincerely apologize if you were treated in a rude and unprofessional manner.
