Contacting Customer Support/Home Care Department

I must preface by saying every representative I have spoken with has been courteous and helpful. My issue is in the past week I have spent over two hours on hold attempting to get into contact with the Home Care Department to arrange replacement of my TV. This has been by calling the -9853 number provided by the techs and 1-888-237-8289. Please contact me, preferably via e-mail, to arrange for replacement. The case number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you.

I hate when TVs end up going. If it’s 40’ or smaller and you have the geek squad protection just bring it in store and they fix it for you if it’s larger than a 40’ just contact 1800-geek squad or 1800-433-5778 and they try to fix it if they can’t they usually make arrangements to exchange it if it’s a defect. I do hope this works out for you and a moderator should be by soon to review the case but on here it’s on a first post first response basis. Again I hope it works out for you! 😀

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Having your television break is always a frustrating experience, and our Geek Squad Protection is designed to make the process of getting that TV fixed or replaced as easy as possible. I apologize that this has not been the case for you.
