On March 6 we dropped off a Asus desktop at the Staten Island store for a Win 10 repair.On the (th we went topick it up and the scans were still running. Supposedly, there were about 45 min left on the scan. We had to go, so we were told they would call us when we could pick up te desktop.We have heard nothing. The repair tracker and calls all show the pc as Checked In

In my experience there's almost nothing as frustrating as waiting for the repair of a much needed device to be completed. I certainly understand that you're anxious given the amount of time that's passed and I regret any inconvenience to you.
