(BAD SERVICE)I PAID OVER $$700.00 4 months AGO FOR A WASHER THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I purchased a washer February 2017 and it has been broken since the end of June2017. You repairman Christopher {removed per forum guidelines} has been to my home on 2 seperate occaisions and has been unable to fix my machine. The last visit he made a mess. (water all over the place 1 inch deep or more) and left. I was not home but my wife was and she was furious. I do not want this incompetent or (disconnected) repairman back at my home. I WANT MY WASHER FIXED ASAP OR JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!. 

THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our forum, and given you purchased this washer 4 months ago I can certainly understand you being upset that this repair is taking longer than you expected. I am also very sorry if our service technician made a mess of your home.

 

I do see that the latest two parts were delivered to your home yesterday 7/10/2017, and that we are scheduled to have our technician back out to your home on Thursday 7/13/2017 between 8am-12pm to install these parts.

 

I do see you requested that an agent get a different technician out to your home, and that the agent forwarded your request to the appliance repair manager for your area. I don't see that there has been a response to this request, and to be truthful I see the same technician is currently scheduled to come out on 7/13/2017.

 

I have to admit we might only have one service technician for your area that is authorized to repair this washer, and if this is the case your only option will be to have the unit repaired by this technician. I will check on this on Friday 7/14/2017.

I looked at your work order today and show the unit was approved for replacement, and your new washer should be delivered this coming Monday 7/17/2017. Let me know if you need anything from me.
