Afterglow Headset PS4

Hey, I purchased a Level 5+ PS4 headset a while back and was working fine until recently, I started having problems with the audio. The sounds were patchy and no sound at all at times. I did purchase a 2 year warranty with it but I do not have the box that came with it, I have the online receipt on the Reward Zone and would just like to know if I am able to return it.

Welcome to our forums and thanks for posting. I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your headset, which I’ll be happy to advise you on.

 

If you’re outside the return period for your purchase returning your headset is not something the store will be able to do for you. However if you have a 2-year Geek Squad Protection Plan, the store should be lookup your plan using your My Best Buy Rewards Account information, and be able to determine if they can either send your headset out for repair or provide you with a replacement. The packaging shouldn’t be required to seek assistance under your Protection Plan, so I recommend heading into your local store with your headset and purchase info at your next opportunity.
